I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. As a graduate from the University of Cincinnati, I had professors who bestowed on me the importance of not just building relationships, but building genuine relationships. That the foundation of any relationship is trust and respect.
I’m always striving to lead the field in research, innovation, and consumer education. Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate. With my extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to my clients, I am your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice.
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.

After receiving a B.A from U.C.L.A he began his career with the Segerstrom Real Estate Group in Orange County as a Project Manager for administrative and retail locations for the banking industry. He went on the become a Mortgage Loan Officer in Beverly Hills which led to the intuitive transition of real estate sales representing a client base from the individual buyer and seller, banks to the luxury condominium developer. From the West side he cultivated the L.A. To Palm Springs real estate marketplace for second homes, vacation rentals and multifamily investments.
As respected Broker, experienced negotiator and sales producer, he also serves as a certified California Association Instructor for organization contracts throughout the South land; MLO and NMLS trained.
Alongside Kip’s real estate activity he is helping the less fortunate; the homeless community. His community service interests reflect his professional passion being involved with PATH People Assisting the Homeless (LA), Habitat for Humanity (LA), Coachella Valley Housing Coalition and the MacDonald Wright Youth Transitional Housing (LA). As a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer volunteering as a swimming instructor for inner city youth.
In his off hours Kip takes in the local landscape as a PADI Diver, windsurfing and catamaran sailing, during the winter months he is the avid snowboarder.
Kip takes a profound interest in his clients needs and maintains a high level of service and ethics, his motto Defining Lifestyles……One Home at a Time.
