Amanda Frank has been involved in California Real Estate since the mid 80’s. As a young homeowner she became an investor with Property Mortgage Company in Sherman Oaks, CA. After the 1994 earthquake she became a Realtor and worked for one of the largest REO companies in the San Fernando Valley (A & G Investments). A & G asessed value (BPO), listed, and sold over 1/2 of the damaged foreclosures after the quake.

In 2005 she was the Assistant Vice President of Cal Pacific Realty and began business in the first “wave” of foreclosures in Ventura and L.A. counties. She is a strong negotiator and has dealt with all aspects of the foreclosures process. From 2006 to 2008 she was a Valley sales Rep for Quantum Realtors in Southern California, handling both a high volume of Listings and sales. She has an extended knowledge of listing properties at fair market value, upkeep of properties, BPO’s, multiple offers, and has also represented Buyers in highly competitive REO market. From 2009 to 2011 she became CDPE certified to negotiate Short Sales with Bank of America and Chase Bank and a few other smaller lending institutions. She is currently conducting regular sales at Ready Properties. She has held a California license since the mid 1990’s and has been involved in all aspects of the market.
