Tim is a graduate of both UCLA undergrad and UCLA Anderson School of Business Management. His career began in the tech sector, owning and then selling a company where he negotiated the sale of the name Xbox to Microsoft, as well as managing contracts with major broadcasters, U.S. and international departments of defense and many others. As a long-time investor/owner of property, Tim transitioned into real estate as an agent first, and then as a broker with a staff of highly professional agents. Ready Properties continues to operate with the goal of providing excellent brokerage services to our valued clients in the Southern California marketplace.
